BAT-ORSHIKH Erdenebat, Chief Executive Officer

Bat-Orshikh is serving as Chief Executive Officer of Development Solutions since July 2011. He has been with DS since its origination in 2008. With over 5 years experience in business management and consulting fields, he previously served as an Area Business Advisor at CHF International under USAID and USDA funded GER Initiative and also as BDC Manager and Marketing Manager and until recently the Chief Policy Officer of Development Solutions. Bat-Orshikh started his professional career as an Import Manager in the textile industry in Turkey, and furthermore as an Export Manager at Zuunkharaa Trade LLC.

Bat-Orshikh graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir and has a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Istanbul, Turkey. Currently, he is a PhD candidate in International Economics at the National University of Mongolia. 

Ganchimeg.M , Manager of Business Consulting and Research Center

Ganchimeg.M is currently working as a manager of Business Consulting and Research Center and has been serving in the field of business consulting and support sector for 10 years. In 2000, she started to work as an instructor and business advisor at the Mongolian Business Association Training and Information Center. In 2005, she joined the GER Initiative Program as a business advisor and the program was funded by USAID and USDA /United States Department of Agriculture/ and managed by CHF International NGO. After the completion of program, she has been working at the Development Solutions NGO since its establishment day as a manager of Bayangol Branch, manager of Ulaanbaatar center and manager of Small and Medium Enterprise Development Center.

Ganchimeg.M is graduated from the Institute of Finance and Economics, majoring in Economics and Finance.

TUGSBAYAR Lkhagwa, Manager of Business Support Center

Done Bachelor degree in business management. In 2000-2003 worked as expert of General authority of state registration. During 2003-2006 chief manager of Dornod  wrestler palace Co.Ltd. During 2006-2008 worked as business advisor at “Ger initiative” project of CHF international. Since 2008 working as senior business advisor of the Small and Medium Business support center, secretary of the team to conduction BSC and manager of Business support center   in the Development solutions NGO. During the work time he practiced exhibit credit service, organized fairs, business support of marketing, management strategy, and finance training and advisory.
